Working with Maida Vale to create the wedding invitation or birth announcement of your dreams is so simple! If you have questions after reviewing the process below, contact us for assistance.
STEP 1: Placing Your Order
To place your order, please complete the order form linked at the bottom of each product page. Once you have done so, you will receive an invoice for down payment via email in 1-2 business days. Once your payment has been submitted, work on your proofs will begin. |

STEP 2: Design Proofs
Within 3-5 business days, you will receive a PDF to review. At this time, you will have the opportunity to proofread and edit your wording. Because we do not want to burden your budget with costly reprints further down the line, please review each piece carefully. |

STEP 3: Revisions
After your feedback has been gathered, your proofs will be revised as necessary. Once the collection is updated, it will be returned to you for a final review. Please note that one round of revisions is included in the pricing structure. Should your needs exceed one round of changes, a change fee of $25 will apply. |

STEP 4: Final Deliverables
After the design of your invitation or announcement has been reviewed and approved by you, we will prepare your files for print production. At this time, payment of your account balance is required to begin production on your invitation or announcement kit. Once final payment has been submitted and production begins, changes cannot be made. Shipping time varies based on location, but in most cases you will receive your kit within 3-4 weeks. |
